Tickets
Reservations for LIVE events
Your tickets can be reserved for 7 days, after which, if no payment has been received, they will go back on sale. (This deadline does not apply to group bookings).
Early Bird tickets - In each season, there are a number of events that have an Early Bird discount period. On this website, or in our season brochure, look out for this logo on the participating events, and please note the end of the early bird period, when ticket prices revert back to full price.
Reservations are not available for events that have an early bird discount, tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. The Early Bird discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. We reserve the right to withdraw the Early Bird offer at any time and without notice.
Ticket Collection - Your tickets can either be sent to you (postage charge is 50p) or can be collected in person from the Box Office.
Concession tickets - Events listing ‘C’ ticket prices denote a price reduction available to full time students (with identification), people aged over 60, disabled people, unemployed people (with appropriate identification) and all Rhondda Cynon Taf Leisure Card holders.
Disabled customers and carers - Disabled customers with a carer will be charged the concession price plus one free ticket for the carer. Any additional carers will be charged at the concession price. However, if you have any group requirements, or would like to discuss any issues regarding your visit to any of the venues, please call the specific venue manager.
Group bookings - For live events, groups over 8 are entitled to 50p off each ticket, if booked in one transaction. However, some events have enhanced group discounts – please check the ticket details of individual events or discuss with the venue manager.
- For groups of 20 or more, the identified group organiser receives a free ticket, in addition to the standard group discount.
- For cinema events, for every 10 tickets booked in a single transaction, the 11th ticket is free.
Group booking discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other concessions or any other special offers. Click here for more info on group visits
School bookings - Some events have a special school discount, which includes free tickets for teachers/lecturers/education assistants (on a ratio 1 to 10 unless otherwise agreed with the venue).
